Change of mind

You can return your artwork within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.
The artwork must be in its original condition and safe packaging, and you must contact us at a
to initiate the return process.

All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if shipping is not insured. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our return policy. 

Damaged in transit

All artworks are insured while in transit. Insurance is valid for the time the artwork is in transit only. If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at within 48 hours of receiving it, and provide us with photos of the damage or defect. We will either refund or exchange your artwork, depending on the availability of a replacement and your preference. We may also require you to return the damaged artwork to us at our expense.
